RE: Sandwich Filling - homemade

For the chicken, I am wondering if you could replace the basil and onion with taco seasoning and when ready to eat you could use salsa as a condiment on your sandwich/wrap.

RE: Need breakfast ideas for group

How about cinnamon rolls? Just buy some pillsbury canned ones for convenience and bake them the day before. Will make the camper smell delish! Or coffee cake made in cupcake pan? Streudel (apple or cherry) is also a good idea but may be time consuming. If sugar is an issue then look for diabetic recipes.

RE: CONEY SAUCE

Cincinnati Chili
I haven't used the above recipe as I usually buy the canned Skyline Chili in the store to use. The recipe does seem close to what is in the chili.
Forgot to add that we put a line of mustard, then chili sauce, onions and finely shredded cheese on the hot dog - in that order.

Toaster Convection Oven

Just curious if anyone uses one in their RV. If so, which one do you recommend?

RE: RV Water Heater Probem

We too have a similar problem every now and then. My husband will make sure it is off and then make sure all of the connections are good in the water heater. That usually helps us when we are using gas.

RE: Class A Canopy Storage Unit

We had a friend get a double wide one for his c class and his pontoon for $3100 in northern kentucky (across the river from cincinnati, ohio). I believe the company was from one of the carolinas. That included installation, which took all of a couple of hours.

RE: Maine campground suggestions

We like Grays too. We will be there the week of August 11th. BTW - we canceled 2 of our 4 oceanfront sites 2 weeks ago for that week. Don't know if they are still available but it might be worth a call.
Also, the campground roads are a little tight but we managed in a 32 ft class c and our friends managed in a 38 ft class a.
