We all seem to have the same issue. Have your hubby disconnect the vent tube by the fill area. When it "seems" full, just blow with his lungs in the vent line. That'll clear it up. Same as using compressed air but either works. You'll hear a rush of air escaping and then it will take the full amount. Almost as if something small is stuck in there. Don't know why this works...don't really care but it works. Dave
