RE: bunkhouse 5th wheels

We have the Sundance 2998RB
Fits your bill, and our 06 GMC pulls it fine. We love the second bath.

Jellystone in Fremont Indiana..... Good or Bad?

My wife, daughte and I are trying to plan a trip to meet some realtives from NY around half way. I see that Fremont Indiana meets those requirements and that there is a Yogi Bear's Jellystone there. we have stayed at one other Jellystone and we pleased with it, but can not find a decent, recent review on fremont.
So, if you have stayed there, what were your thoughts?
Would you recommend it? I am sure the kids will be happy no matter where we land, but I need to relax as well.

RE: Favorite Margaritia Mix

We use the bucket mix as well, you add a 750 of tequila and throw it in the freezer.
They are easy, and not to bad.

Another vote for wraps, we started making them on the boat as they are easy, and now they are a regular part of our menu.

RE: A tire survey Tires

I have Mission Tires, 1500 miles and going strong.
I was shocked 2 years ago when I went to replace tires on the boat trailer, and found out that GY Marathons are built in China.
If a tire has a manufacturing defect it will fail sooner than later. Otherwise, watch your pressures and temps.

Race glaze is great stuff, used it on all my boats.
To the poster that brought up floor wax.... DON'T DO IT!!! It will yellow your walls over time.

RE: Shopping for a 5er

My local deal could not touch the deals that other dealer had going. I went to LakeShore RV in Michigan (he had the Cougar and Sundance on the same lot), ended up saving a boat load of cash, made the 700 mile round trip a no brainer.
Be careful buying away from home. A number of RV dealers will not work on an RV that they didn't sell themselves. There was a post recently here that talked about it.
I have had NO issue with servicing my unit at the local dealer. I spoke with them prior to buying, gave them a shot at the price, they could not come close..... they will earn my business through good service and customer relation.... they are OK with that.
