RE: Mystery Crack In Rear Outer Wall of My Cougar

What's the rest of the story? How did it crack? The thread title says "mystery", but is there more info? Did you back into something? Looks like something hit the RV, rather than the RV hitting something. I'd vote for the auto body shop for a fix, but that depends on how picky you are on the final results. Let us know and post finished photos too please... Mystery to me cause I have no idea how it got there. I did not back into anything. I always use the DW as a guide when backing. I think some punk may have done it parked at my house

RE: Silverado "top truck"

Nice truck Chevor, congrats. Love the bed with your kind of work. But..... GM really needs to relocate that DEF tank, it looks hideous to me anyway. That tank alone would steer me away from buying one. Guess it makes putting DEF into it easier :W Again congrats and may it serve you well. We have a 5 Silverados in the Border Patrol and had to replace 3 tanks because of ground clearance........dumb idea big time!

High Pressure Propane Regulator

My red high pressure regulator developed a leak on the street side of my 2012 Keystone Cougar. I removed the old one with out marking the "In" and "Out" on the lines and hoses and now I have developed CRS and can't remember if the propane tank line is connected to the "IN" side or the "Out" side of the new regulator, thread size and diameter are the same as well. Need help please. TIA

RE: 2014 silverados hitting dealers

I use to be a subscriber of the rag CR. Never trust their assessment of vehicles. Always dogging out American made cars!

RE: 2014 silverados hitting dealers

I'll have to keep a look out for them. I see a lot of truck traffic in my travels for work. I'll pay special attention to the auto transports. Still Chevy UGLY:B

RE: Pulled The Trigger

I also have a F-3500 2007 I have replaced the Turbo , 6 injectors ,and a vacuum module for the Cal. emissions and the front and rear brakes at least twice. all within 175000 Mi. I will not get another ford when it dies that`s it. That would be a 6.0!

If you have a remote for the rv check the light switch on that. It overrides the indoor switch. X2

Trip to Alpine TX

We are planning a trip to a campground in Alpine TX. We will be traveling 10 east on to US 90. I have heard there are some pretty low bridges on the way in. Has anyone ventured down this road and are there issues with the bridges?
