RE: Haines to Skagway Ferry

We used that ferry last summer 32' Class A no problem but do be prepared to back your rig onto Ferry. Not problematic it just caught me by surprise being the first MH on that day. I think they would probably drive it on for you if you didn't want to do it

RE: Fantasy RV or Adventure Caravan Tours?

We have done a number of Caravans,Mexico(2)Alaska,Europe,S. Africa and Canada. We enjoyed everyone of them.Their are things you see and do that are not available to individual RVers. For instance in NewFoundland we attended a number of church dinners, minstrel shows etc that were just put on for us.Boat trip out to a mussel farm with grilling right on boat etc. They're not for everybody but you'll never know unless you try it.We were never required to travel in a caravan per se.Leave the CG at a certain time and arrive at nxt CG by a certain time.Especially if their was a dinner or a show planned for that night.Yes you do run into people that you don't like but you don't have to hang out with them .We traveled mostly with Adventure Caravans

RE: Exterior of slide out floor is bulging.

I have a 2004 Fiesta, mines been like that for about 5 years now.Initially I tried metal screws but found that it interfered with the slide out operation. Mine is definitely not from a leak. I've been keeping my eye on it,it;s not getting any worse so I just live with it.Have about 70,000 miles on it.

Ford Chassis loud rear noise

I have a 2004 Ford (F550) chassis under my Mtrhm. It has 67000 miles on it and the rear has gotten a loud hum to it.Seems to moderate above 62MPH. Anybody know if theres any additive that I can but in to alleviate this. I checked it with Temp Guage and is running around 160 degrees after a long drive.

RE: Ideas for going up the East Coast, starting in Delaware.

Spend some time in Franconia Notch, NH some neat geologic things to see and also some great hikes, just south of Mt Washington, also Mystic Seaport in Conn may interest you and also a neat castle on the Connecticut River in Conn. Can't remember the name right now.(maybe Winchester)? Also seacoast of Me. is interesting.
