RE: Pioneer Museum in Minden Neb
Just an update,we did visit Pioneer Village and stayed 2 nights at CG, yes it needs TLC, bathrooms I wouldn't use, but most of us have ours, Right? Electric sewer and water(city water with a purple hue to it deemed safe to drink by the city of Minden) were adequate. We felt secure and CG was Quiet except for the occasional train which all Western CGs seem to have. Price was reasonable 29$ a nite including 1 2 day ticket into Museum.
The Museum is a must for anybody over 50.

I booked a site at Fishing Bridge RV Park a week ago for 5/23 thru 28,
no problem they told me they had 75 sites still open for that time period.
Yellowstone has a good website on CG resv. and whats available,don't have it handy but sure you can find it if you look around
Sorry didn't notice the size of your rig That will make a difference

I was just wondering (Fuel Question)
Me being an East Coast person would somebody please explain the gas ratings in the Mid West. I'm refering to the regular (87 Octane) vs the Plus (89 Octane)It blows my mind pulling up to the pumps and seeing the Plus grade 10 or 15 cents cheaper than regular. I know its because the Plus has more Ethanol(% anyone?) The second thing that peaks my curiosity is who uses Plus? My owners manual on my V-10 engine and on my 4 cyl chevy engine state 87 octane is to be used.
Is anybody using this in a V-10 and if so do you see any consequences

Pioneer Museum in Minden Neb
There have been no posts in RV Parkreviews for this campground since 2011.Those posts indicated poor upkeep.
Has anybody been there lately, is the Museum itself still worth a stop.
We are in Lincoln right now.

We havn't stayed there since the kids grew up.Had lots to do for kids years ago.It's in a beautiful part of Lancaster. We usually stay in Country Haven now. Its across the street( well almost)from Spring Gulch and lots of the sites have a great view of Lancaster Valley.
It's a little pricey but in our estimation its worth it.

Wiring a 2012 Ford F- 150 as a dinghy
Looking for help on wiring up directionals and brake lights to motorhome.Will truck brake lights override the directionals signal coming from motorhome when aux. brake system kicks in and if so how can I workaround it.
also will 1 diode be enough to power the two light bulb system used by Ford?
