RE: 12 volt lights dimming

Had a similar issue with the lights dimming...was the 12V converter...replaced it with a Progressive Dynamics 9100 series and a Charge Wizard.

RE: Do you leave your slides out when it is raining?

Pooled water on a slide topper seems inevitable to me. When water does get through - and it will - I want it to drain away from my coach. The solution is simple and free: extend your slide fully and then retract about 1". n most MH's this causes the bottom to creep in before the top moves, creating a nice slope on top of the slide to carry away water. Exactly what I do...leaving them fully extended in driving rain causes the water to lay/fill/sag on the topper, wick around the awning onto the level slide itself, and ultimately seep past the rubber flaps into the coach...been a simple solution. Most RV manufacturers do not extend the slide toppers far enough beyond the slide box as per the slide toppers' specifications...save a couple inches and dollars and it causes problems.

RE: tailgating

Always been able to get the game on a regular antenna years before digital/HD, and now on HD/digital channels with the correct TV/antenna booster. If you haven't upgraded your TV to LCD/HD and your antenna with the Winegard Wingman, I'm not sure.

RE: Don't Make the same mistake I did!

I bought a new Coachmen Santara Class C in the mid 90s...never a Coachmen again.
