RE: Good Sam Club card...how long?

Hi dezl_dr, On average, it takes approx. 3-4 weeks for membership cards to arrive via standard mail from the USPS. Note that the cards arrive in a plain white envelope that says “membership cards enclosed.” We’re looking into the delay in your membership cards as it has been past the 4 week time frame. We will get this resolved for you. In the meantime, know that you can print a temporary membership card online. And, Good Sam parks can look you up in the system to confirm that your membership is active. I will PM you your membership # just in case you didn’t receive the email with that information. The coat rack came from an ACE Hardware in a tiny town in Wisconsin. At any hardware/home improvement store, find the towel bar you want for the bathroom, then walk down the closet fixture isle and find a coat rack that will mate up to the towel bar. Hope this helps!

Good morning Mr. Wilkerson! Our records indicate that you enrolled as a Life member on 3/17/2014. On average it takes about 25 days for your membership cards to arrive at your home. Based on this time frame your cards should be delivered via USPS in mid April. The cards will arrive in a large white envelope that states "Membership Card Enclosed, Please Open Immediately." Enclosed you will find two life member cards. Camping World is still finalizing the functionality of the site. To address a couple of your points: the site now defaults to English (you may have to clear your cookies & refresh your page to see the change). And, the shipping fees reflect the lower USPS rates! Good afternoon! Easlign, we would like to apologize for any confusion that may have been caused. Because so many of our members are traveling for months at a time we begin sending solicitations to our members five months prior to their expiration date. We want to ensure that members have ample time and opportunity to renew their membership so that they don’t risk letting their membership lapse and lose any of their great membership benefits. Members may choose to renew their membership early or wait until expiration. Your membership expiration date was originally August 2014. However, it appears that your membership was extended for an additional year today. We would like to apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.

Hi johndeerefarmer, For any Life members who want to receive the new card, we are happy to provide! The Swipe & Save version of the Life membership card is provided on a by-request basis because some Life Members are no longer active, many already have the Pilot Flying J RV Plus Charge Card and are saving more than the 3¢, some use other fuel card programs or are simply not interested in the Swipe & Save discount at Pilot Flying J. Sending the card on a by-request basis allows us to use the dollars we would have otherwise spent to develop other benefits and services. Regards, Good Sam Club Team

Pilot Flying J is reaching out to the store managers and all store employees at the Cookeville, TN and Crossville, TN locations immediately as this is an isolated issue with these locations that do offer the discount. Pilot Flying J Corporate office will get this issue resolved! Thanks for letting us know! There are select locations that don't offer the discount. Pilot Flying J is unable to offer fuel discounts in the state of Wisconsin due to state law and at Pilot Flying J "dealer" locations (dealer locations are locations they do not own). There are only a select few "dealer" locations throughout the country. The 2014 Pilot Flying J RV Travel Guide is available online so you can see which locations offer the discount. Or, you can pick up a hard copy in a company owned Pilot Flying J location or Camping World SuperCenter. If there is a location listed in the Travel Guide as offering the discount, yet you are told differently at the location please contact Pilot Flying J customer service at 877-866-7378 so they can address this issue immediately.
