Hi cgmartine, Following up to answer your Visa question: "I have two VISA cards from Good Sam. One is red and is stamped as RECREWARDS and has the Good Sam logo, while the second card is also stamped as RECREWARDS, but has the Good Sam and the Camping World logo. Different account numbers. Why two VISA cards? The red card with Good Sam logo is your former credit card through Barclays and is no longer valid--please destroy the red card. That card was converted to the Good Sam Camping World Visa through Comenity. In this transition all Barclays account numbers were converted to new account numbers through Comenity. The card with the Good Sam and Camping World logo is your current card. Sincerely, Good Sam Club Team

Hi cgmartine, To answer your questions: 1. "if I use the Swipe & Save Good Sam Club discount card and a generic charge card, I get 3 cents off." Yes, when you use the Good Sam Club membership card, you get 3¢ off & you can pay with your preferred form of payment. 2. "If I use the Pilot RV Plus charge card and the Good Sam Swipe & Save card, I get 4 cents off. Is that correct?" No, you don't use the cards in combination, you use one or the other. The RV Plus Charge Card requires an application process through Pilot Flying J. Once approved for that card, then, yes, you can use the RV Plus Charge Card and save 4¢, required form of payment is the RV Plus Charge Card. 3. "I have two VISA cards from Good Sam. One is red and is stamped as RECREWARDS and has the Good Sam logo, while the second card is also stamped as RECREWARDS, but has the Good Sam and the Camping World logo. Different account numbers. Hi cgmartine, Thought this thread may be helpful to you. It explains the 2 different ways to save at Pilot Flying J through Good Sam Club: 1. Good Sam Club membership card 2. Pilot Flying J RV Plus Charge Card And, the thread explains why the discount is offered at "select" Pilot Flying J locations. Slidell, LA: Good Sam RV Parking Rights Notification

Attention, RV owners in Slidell, LA Zip Codes: 70458, 70459, 70460 & 70461 The City Council of Slidell is making a sweeping change to the RV parking code. Currently the code requires parking behind a fence; the RV cannot be more than 30’ and must not extend past the front edge of your home. A change in this rule will affect 1/3 of the residents in this community. We need your attendance at an October 28th council meeting. Attention, RV owners in Southington, CT Zip Code: 06489 We have recently been alerted that your community is considering an ordinance which may affect your ability to park your RV. There is a proposed rule that is scheduled for public hearing on October 7, 2014. If passed, the rules will be enforced for all RV owners in Southington. The council urges all RV owners in this area to speak out on this issue. Hi fla-gypsy, We’re up for the test! I believe the $10 Camping World merchandise certificate is the offer you’re referring to that is for those joining at a Camping World SuperCenter, which you did. The merchandise certificate should have arrived in your membership kit along with your membership cards—the kit has one piece of paper with the membership cards attached at the top right and the merchandise certificate is placed at the bottom of the letter (the certificate has a perforation to detach). I’m hoping to understand how you received the certificate, but not the cards. Do you mind going back and looking at the letter to make sure the cards weren’t attached? Appreciate your help! Also, you noted you may purchase a few more products at Camping World. Be sure to check out the coupons page at GoodSamClub.com/coupons where members have access to Camping World coupons—there may be a coupon for something you’re interested in! Note that your membership expired 5/31/14 so you’ll be unable to set your preference until your membership is renewed. I’m happy to get you the current issue in the mail if you let me know which magazine you prefer, but in order to receive them going forward, you’ll need to set your magazine preference.
