Owned 3, sold motorhomes, and they all are a crapshoot.
I've been rather lucky with all three compared to many people.
Love my Tiffin since we were able to get King Bed in 34':B

Tire Pressure-34' Diesel
Sure this has been covered many times, but I was rather shocked after weighing my coach then going to Michelin site and looking up my tires and recommended pressure.
Fully loaded, full of fuel and fresh water my weights were
9240 front axle.
17740 rear axle.
Tire chart showed 75 psi for my
Michelin XZE2, 275/80R22.5
Factory had 115 PSI when I picked up coach, I lowered to 95 PSI, then to 85 PSI.
Thinks I'll drop to 80, but 75 PSI?????
Guess Michelin knows their tires and it's their business the recommend best tire pressure for ride, handling, fuel and hopefully Safety.
What do you others think?

California Roads
What a hoot, 140 miles, 5 1/2 hours and man what cool views.
Lot of areas of no traffic coming or behind.
Part of America we just don't see very often.
Kinda like driving in mountains of W.Va. or Kentucky.
10 per cent downgrades in rain kinda nasty though.
Glad I didn't go bigger than 34'
Hwy 89 through Lassen Natl. Park was really something coming in from south.
Had even me thinking about my choices............
What a fun trip, no reservations, 968 miles since last Sunday, GPS took me in a farm road outside of Lone Pine.
GF says what are we going to do, I told her we would keep going till we couldn't and I would unhook dinghy and start
backing up. Worked out ok but be people living on the road got a laugh out of us.
Hwy 128 was another enjoyable ride, but 2 1/2 hours for 70 miles or so.
Now over to Hwy.1 back to Long Beach. Another week of looking at the true scenic beauty and taking our time.
Several days in places without cell service :lol and inverter is giving me my espresso every morning.
Shocks have really made a HUGE difference in ride and drive of coach.

State Campground Book
Does anyone know if there is a book that lists all the state parks
in the US?
We like the state and federal parks much better than RV parks.
Had one years ago that was quite good, lost it.
Search on internet hasn't really helped us much, believe it or not.

Found access panel on floor beside bed, now I have to find the
screws in the carpet that hold it down. Once I do that, then
will schedule DMV, hope paying sales tax and registration fees will help Ca. economy..........:W

Bought my Red 34' in Alabama so I would be the one driving it during breakend period. Only had 142 miles on it.
Also saved some money on getting blue ox installed.
Saved over $2000 by me driving it home.

I bought through a friend of mine that is a broker, and he went through dealer. So guess AAA is out for me and back to hoping someone can tell me where bedroom access is to motor........Either no one has registered on in Ca. or no one that has reads or posts on RV Net.

Just ordered new MS2812 from Amazon(didn't even know they sold them) so will have to read directions when it comes and make sure about wiring before installing. Also ordered controller as I don't have one now.
Getting closer to have my Krup's espresso coffee in the mornings on the inverter and no disturbing neighbors while camping with generator.:p

Just discovered today the I have a Magnum ME2012 MSW inverter, so I'm hoping the MS2812 will fit right where the 2012 is without a lot of headaches.
Figure I will sell 2012 on Ebay since it's only 2 weeks old and recoup some of my cost for 2812.
Things are looking up.I hope..........:C

Did not purchase through normal dealer and not here in california.
Since tiffin doesn't offer factory deliveries we bought it through Bankston in Huntsville and I drove out and picked it up.
So if we join Triple A we can just go to their office to register and they will get our tags for us????????????

That is the krups I have so at that wattage, it must be too much for the inverter I have.
Would like to change to Magnum 2800 but not sure about how it will fit and heard mine has 8 wire to control panel and magnum uses 4 wire.
Can't believe mine doesn't have anymore than just on/off button in coach.
Will contact Tiffin today to make sure changing won't affect my warranty and if they require a tiffin dealer to do change out to keep warranty intact..........Good thing I found this before we took it out,
I would be a really unhappy camper sitting in the woods at 5am with no coffee.:(

My phone charger works fine on outlet, so it has to be getting power.
I have a jura at home, but bought the Krups because of size and counter space available.

I was saying the outlets I have tried are not plugged directly into inverter
outlets on inverter box, it is set up how it came from factory. Just picked coach up last Tuesday.
The microwave is on it but I have no clue if anything else high voltage is in line.
Hard to believe I really addicted to my morning espressos and too stubborn settle for something else.

I have 4 batteries and no it isn't directly into inverter,
I guess I should try that, but then again, I keep getting advice
that certain appliances don't like MSW, but operated better on
PSW.
After spending this much to go rving again, I don't mind spending the money to have the convenience I want when I want it.
While I know I'm creating some of my own problems, I'm sure there's and answer if I'm willing to pay for it...........

Called Cummins, Carb Plate is located of top of head cover, no access that I have found under bed as floor appears solid, so I can only assume you have to crawl under, stand up???? and look for plate. Finding someone at CA DMV that wants to crawl under and up with engine being hot, seems like I'm in deep poo poo. But others have done so surely someone out there has experienced before and has some offers of solutions to my upcoming problem.
So to give them $13125. plus fees and tags, I'm the guy searching for
answers for them???????????????

Works great with Generator running and won't even come on with inverter.
Several responses on TRVN tells me my only options are to change coffee maker or inverter.
I'm really fond of my coffee.
Hopefully I can find a tech that will do this on the side as paying a dealer will get pricey..........
