If you can find the hot and cold supply lines in an area where you can access them, install valves and fittings to blow the lines out with compressed air. You can then "winterize" the outside faucet/sink and use the rest of the trailer during times when a freeze might occur.
Make sure it doesn't have the mickey mouse setup for filling the fresh water tank. The KZ trailer we looked at had a bunch of valves you would turn to allow you to siphon water into the tank rather than fill it with a hose.
The BB syncs seamlessly with the Outlook calendar and contact list on my computer in the office, so it is worth it to carry one for that alone. I am planning on purchasing an iPhone for personal use in the next month.
