RE: Medical coverage in Dec and January

This seems to be a new way of making people stay in thier home area so Big Brother will have another way of keeping their sheep corraled. This makes it is easier to locate you than if you are mobile!

We are not dis-abled we are able to do a lot of things; just have to learn to do them a bit differently. I also like Chockful of Nuts's way of handling things! Merry Christmas and Have a Great New Year! I have Congestive Heart Failure; Coronary Artery Disease; Cardiomopathy; Ischemia; which causes fatigue; Shortness of Breath; and heart pain. But I will not give up until they plant me under the grass////////! Irover

RE: campers-help-amazon

Maybe Amazon Already Knew That Fact. I do know what generation they were from but when i grew up in the 1950's and 60's and my parents got up at 6:00 AM; You also got up no later than 6:15 am whether you had to go to school or were on vacation. I had a new paper route with 192 customers and had to hire a helper in the cold months he didn't want to get out of bed; it was 3:30 am when we started. It sometimes was 20 to 30 below zero; he did this to me 2-3 x's a week. I finally hired his sister; she was a go-getter and became a State Police Officer later in life. I started this route when I was 14 and quit it when i was 18. I started another job; then my draft # came up and i enlisted in the ARMY. I always was up at 5:30-6:00 am until I retired in 2012 due to health issues! I believe most of the later Generations are not as disciplined as we were! It also takes self discipline to work for Amazon; as i seen many leave because they didn't like the rules; and rules can save lives. In the military your life can depend on your group! Irover

RE: Cracker Barrel apology orders Duck items back to shelves

I have no strong opinion except that I get upset when I see people constantly trying to hack away at our constitutional freedoms, Freedom of Speech being right up there. Seriously, if you say something outside of work that you believe for religious or political reasons should your boss be able to fire you? One more thing, I see people bending over backwards to accommodate religions such as Islam, that's nice. Why can't we accommodate the Biblical beliefs of Christianity too? Aren't we a country that was founded on religious freedom? :C This is exactly what a lady in the RV office and I were were discussing. If we tolerate others viewpoints; why can't they tolerate our views. It starts from the Oval Office down the line! Irover

RE: campers-help-amazon

Oh! and amazon does not schedule bathroom breaks; I worked for the Campbellsville Ky. You get two 10 minute breaks and 1 30 min break for lunch on a 8-10 hr shift. And yes you are expected to keep moving during work hours, no sitting.
