Got some great ideas around the 250 mi range which is perfect for a stop after a late afternoon start.
Looking for campground in N. IN on I65
Will be going from WI to FL at the end of the month, and considering a late afternoon departure we would like to stop somewhere in N. IN off of I65. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations.

I'd do the Smoky Mountains. Could easily be done with 10+ days available.

That's the question...
We live in S.E. WI and were planning a trip to Rome this summer, but some unforeseen circumstances are keeping us in the US for now, so we're considering a road trip.
That in mind, 10 days (could do a few more if needed), money not a concern, can be multiple locations, I don't mind driving 500-600 miles in a day. Where would you go?
