To bad they don't make a large rubber mat to resemble a sewage spill, like the rubber barf mat or rubber dog doo! Then spread it out and place a sign closed for repairs, contaminated , no one would take your site!!:B

I'm retired, rolling the scroll wheel doesn't take me that long that I'm to get upset over it. The forum is FREE. It's also free for you to leave if it bothers you. Life's too short to get upset over such trivial matters.
I enjoy this forum, it's informative. People can learn what to do or not do (without going thru the experience).

The other day I went to a Hospital ER for my head injury and noticed a employee at the main entrance, opposite entry to the ER entry, she was administering a hand antibacterial agent to all who entered, no one was doing it at the ER entrance, I always use my sleeves to hold on and open doors but did feel uncomfortable being there, When I left I washed my hands and face with a hand wipe antibacterial wipe. I carry a pocket full all the time. Bill

Merrykalia,, June 1 2008 was my first day of retirement.31 years as a Deputy Sheriff, with a total of 34 years as a LEO plus 2 years USMC, Life is good now and for the life of me I cannot figure out how I managed to fit work into my busy schedule. Years ago the Sheriff Department had Chevy Nova's, they were fast but no room, when I retired we had Crown Vic's and the Tahoe, It will be interesting to see the new cruisers in action.:B Bill

I think my camping is done for the season!
I'm just finishing my list of have ta do's. Got the trees transplanted on my 2 acre camping property and decided I needed to make my back property line visible above the taller pines. I used two 10 foot sections of chain link fence rails about an inch and a half in diameter. The first one wrapped with bright orange survey tape and attached to a steel fence post and is visible due to the 20 foot height. The second two fence rails ended my day, as I was tamping the 20 foot length into the ground next to a steel fence post, the top section ten foot length jumped out of the ten foot section which I was tamping in the ground, as the section fell straight down it hit me in the head and yes the round hollow section gouged my scalp, a head wound bleeds like crazy, I had eight staples to close the cut and my head sure is sore.Guess I'll put the 5er to bed for the winter and hope its a short one.:( Bill

I know it sounds crazy but I have seen rv'ers backing in with their windows closed.The whistle thing sounds more like my career b4 retirement directing traffic at a very busy intersection when power is lost and people not able to figure how to get thru the intersection!:S

I also have wondered if its done also for fith wheels, never have seen it done other than on boats, guess the only draw back is it would get quite hot from the sun and not breathe. Bill
