RE: Nash 22H, Pros and Cons

We've had ours for 13 years and love it. They are engineered and built right. Our daughter and her family have had one for two years with no complaints. They are about as good a value as you can get in an RV. Good luck. And you might need luck to get one back east. We are about 5 hours away from the Northwoods factory where they are made.

RE: Vortec 6.0L owners: are you happy?

It's one of the best engines. We had it in a 2000 Chevy 2500. Bought it new and over a 12 year period of time put 185000 miles on it towing a 25' 5th wheel around 12 states, mostly up and down the west coast. We gave it to our daughter who has a hobby farm and the truck now has well over 200000 miles on it. It is a keeper. We now have a V10 due to being blindsided by a great deal but I have a lot of respect for that 6.0 liter.

RE: Trailer Plug Won't Stay In

We wrap a velcro strap around the plug and recepticle cover on ours.

RE: Smoke odod in the coach

A small ozone generator will do the job. Be sure to follow the instructions.

RE: Advice needed on new truck

I've had the Chevy w/gas 6.0L for 12 years/185000 miles and now my daughter has it to haul livestock and as a daily driver with just routine maintenance. I have now had the Ford V10 for 3 years and it just requires routine maintenance. I think the stories of mechanical problems w/American trucks are just rumors.
