RE: spare tire carrier

Thanks for the replies....we ended up replacing all six tire since they were over 7 years old. Also replaced the 4 tires on our tow car (also 7 yrs old. Cost a pot full but worth the peace of mind. Still could have a blow out but much less likely. The dealer also put the spare back under....easy for him to do.

RE: spare tire carrier

Thought of that...looked on Winny site & couldn't find an on-line adviser spot. Did find 800 number. My husband has gone to the tire dealer to see if he knows anything about it...if not will try to call Winny. Since RV is 6 yrs old we think we might should replace all tires. It is garage kept and only has 20,000 miles but we're in Fla and the heat could be bad for them.

spare tire carrier

we have a 30' 2006 Winnebago Itaska Sunova and recently had a blow-out on the front passenger tire. The man sent by Good Sams had an awful time getting the spare out. We are wondering exactly what the procedure is for that and how to put the new spare back in. Couldn't find a thing in the manual...a diagram would have helped. Any info would be appreciated
