I go through Atlanta several times a year. I usually take the west bypass, sometime around noon. It's not really a problem with large 5th wheel. Can't imagine how easy it's be with a "B".

LOL! You're joking, right? Every campsite that can be reserved in every state park is already booked for next year. The booking window stretches to Feb. 6, 2014. You can't book a site anywhere for Feb. 6, 2014, today.
They can book this month for Feb of next year. Several waterfront sites are coming up in three days.

Did you actually pay $88 for the Mobile Suites? I paid $57 for a 04 Newmar Mountain Aire and it was about twice the rig as Mobile Suites was at the time. I could have got a Teton Experience for about $10 more.

They also sell them at Wal-Mart and Target. Watch the sales and go buy a new one for $100.
Really don't understand what Camping World and a Dometic recall have to do with this.
Had you picked the next to one you did, it would have lasted 20 years. So, it's kinda on you. And you didn't do your homework when you bought it. I don't understand folks who pay too much for something and then say they were taken.
I have a very lightly used 2 year old one that works great. I can let you have it for $300 and give you a 3 year warranty.

DirecTv shutoff signal
Years ago I found that when my service was suspended I could get service untill something like 7:20 PM central. Then it would go off. I also found that if I unplugged the receiver at that time, for maybe 10 minutes, I could bypass that shutoff.
Anyone know if still works that way?
I want to use it for a night or two during suspension. I don't mind paying them. I just don't want to screw up my suspension as they limit the number of times.

11 months. Those sites are gone in less than a second. And it's not all residents who are getting them. it's the early birds.

Hi,
Do these devices allow more than one channel to be watched--i.e. can you have two tv's in different locations displaying different channels?
I assume you need one for each cable box and TV. The cable box selects the channel. Don't know about interference between two systems.

Wireless--Sat Receiver to TV
I see there are products to broadcast HD signal. I want to go from a DirecTV Geni to the TV. My installer said it wouldn't work. Here are a couple. I'm wondering if anyone is using something with good results?

It's really simple. If you want to know how long your RV is---go out and measure it. As you can see from, this thread---model numbers don't mean much.
As far as campgrounds---they don't want to know how long it is from the rear to the start of the overhang or how long it is from the back of the rear tire to the door handle. Nor, do they want to know the model number. They want to know how long it is.

The Redwood I looked at had the water line for the fridge running from the side of the frame to the kitchen slide---just hanging outside under the slide.
I don't think that would work so well in freezing weather. Maybe they are built for freezing weather? Not a really good design. Probably many other issues like that in the Redwood.
