Help, 06 desert fox 21sw or 09 Redline? Hyperlite 180FKE

Wondering which of these two listed would be the way to go as I honestly know nothing of either besides they both have heated tanks and the DF is heavier.
Tow vehicle is a 08 Tundra double cab. Trailerwould be hauling a 4x4 quad and a mx bike and be used in late Nov on my late archery elk hunt.
Opinions???

Are you sure it's a 2000 23' Salem Lite as per your profile? According to NADA for your zip code, a similar year 2000, 25' M-24FB LT books for $1660 average retail price used. There appears to be no 23' Salem lite for that year. If the camper is in good shape, they almost always sell for way more than NADA list, especially in ND since the oil boom and housing shortage.
Good luck with your Elk hunt and all. I envy you; didn't even get to go deer hunting this year. We don't have much for Elk here.

...

Help! Fan issue.

K, guys i need some help. I have a 2000 Salem Lite that i cant get the fan to stop running. I have the thermostat turned as low as it will go (50) and there is no off position. So as long as my battery has juice my fan runs non stop. I also thought i could flip the breaker but there isnt a breaker for just the fan. So what does a guy do beside unhooking ur batteries.

RE: 750lb bars enough? 23' Salem Lite?

Im towing it with a 08 Tundra, i dont think i load it up all that much, the longest time in it is a couple weeks in the mountains deer & elk hunting. I dont know if it matters but i also put my Brute force 750 in the bed of my truck and also my EU3000. (it is not a toyhauler)

750lb bars enough? 23' Salem Lite?

Hey guys I dont have alot of time to go about actually setting up a scale and what not so I was wondering if 750lb bars on a Drawtite straight line hitch will be enough.
UVW 3640lbs
GVWR 6040lbs
Thanks guys. (I called Forest River but no response)

Used Drawtite strait line. $175? Good deal??

Hey guys i was wondering if this was a good deal and will be ok for my 2000 23' Salem Lite?
Used Draw-Tite "Straight Line" weight distributing hitch with draw bar. 750# tongue weight capacity, 2-5/16" ball, complete. Approx 8 yrs old, in good condition, normal wear, with all installation components. Draw bar is drop or lift for height adjustment. This is same as Reese Dual Cam (Straight Line). This is the round bar style. Great hitch for middle weight travel trailers, and when set up properly, controls sway and tracking extremely well.

RE: AC icing over after several hrs of running.

My ac only has 3 settings, high middle and low. Also it is not running off a thermistat so it is either on or off. I think it was on low when it froze over. It was about 102 outside also.

AC icing over after several hrs of running.

So I went to a family reunion this weekend and it was rediculoisly hot out so I turned the AC on and just let it run, after several hrs I noticed the AC wasnt blowing real hard at all and it was getting warmer and warmer. I went outside and looked up at the unit and it appeared that one of the lines was iced over. I shut the unit off for the night and today fired it up and it was blowing nice cold air again. Anyone know what the problem was?

RE: Distrabution Hitch and brake controller

Ok, so i played with my brake controller and it works when I apply the brakes but only at the strongest setting. Its like its all trailer brakes or nothing.
The sagging maybe taken care of to an extent after I put 2in shackles in the rear to make the truck sit level with no load.
