RE: RVWholersalers

I bought from them last spring. Really no surprises as long as you understand their warrantee process you will be fine.

RE: Buying an RV on the internet

I would forget them and move on. There has to be someone between Hudson and Nevada that can get you what you are looking for.
Good luck

How about the "Dogs playing poker" mural, or a velvet Elvis.... now your talking. Seriously, you did a great job on the rebuild.

After all these responses there is still one thing you are going to need.
A bigger tow vehicle! :B

RE: 1998 fourwinds majestic flyer water system

I had a 1997 Four Winds and it didn't have low point drains. I know yours is a 1998, but maybe the same.
Good luck

RE: Duramax Questions

I have a 2008 Chevy 3500 Duramax and it does have a transmission temp gauge. It is on the DIC (driver information center) Not a gauge on the dash, but push a button and it is displayed along with a lot of other information. I am sure it is on the 2009 GMC as well. As far as the other question, I have no idea what you are talking about (other than diesel needed for the tank). Maybe somebody else has an answer for that.

RE: Power Awnings

We have a power awning on our new 5er. When I first heard that it was going to be built with the power awning, I wasn't pleased. However, they put two adjustable arms on either end to allow you to tilt the awning either front or rear. That makes a big difference in allowing the rain to run off. Check with the dealer to see if the adjustable arms are on this new camper you are looking at. They should be since the manufacturer has made them available for free as a retrofit.
Good luck

RE: RV Wholesalers

I bought my Wildcat from them this past May. I picked it up in Ohio, although they will deliver for a price. As far as warrantee, you can pay for repairs up front (once authorized) then get reimbursed. I had no problems (so far) in dealing with them.

I have the same truck except it is a 3500. How were you able to tell that the computer was not accurate? I haven't heard anything about that and am hoping that I am changing my oil at the correct time

RE: Trip to Boothbay Maine

I was there two weeks ago and stayed at Shore Hills. As others have said, it is a very nice place. Number one place to eat is Red's Eats. There will be a long line, but the wait is worth it. Best Lobster Roll in the world. We also did a Kayak tour from Tidal Transit They are great folks and Ralph was a great guide. I would highly suggest this as a great way to see the harbor. we also ate at the Lobster dock. Food was very good there also.
Enjoy your trip
