...well. That was an AWESOME report. The way my camper hangs over the back of my truck we would have had to take the legs off to make it. Fantastic pictures. Thank you for posting :B

RE: Another new one (Hallmark)

Freedom 49,
What NS camper collapsed?
2006 Outfitter Apex 8; the front of the tub collapsed and the passenger side wing ended up on the truck box.Wow that must have been quite a failure. Maybe you could post the pictures you took of this damage. ...Might help somebody else in the future.

RE: Any wet bath shower mods?

I don't have any suggestions other than a shower curtain for your issue, but I can provide some pros for a wet bath.
We like our wet bath for three reasons:
1) The shower space is larger because you are using the entire bathroom.
2) The bathroom footprint is smaller so you get more counter space.
3) It's always clean!
Note: We shower at night and squeegee the walls and floor when we are done. By morning it is dry and sparkling clean.
X3
We put a cut off piece of shower curtain over the toilet (about 3' x3'). The teak grates mean we don't have to worry about the floor. We hang the the toilet cover with the tie for the shower curtain to dry, wipe the sides and teak grates with a paper towel and we are done. keeps the seat an your feet dry.
...sorry about the blurry picture

Marty,
Give Bob Ward a call on Tuesday. Might help if you have your campers serial number handy.

RE: popup camper with boat on the roof question

Shoot whazoo a PM. He has a large canoe that he mounts on top of the roof. He can probably steer you in the right direction...
Good luck :B

Sad news from Janet Curley...

Hello Ben and Tory,
This is Janet. I very much regret having to tell you that Don passed away on February 12th due to a pulmonary embolism. It was very sudden and a big shock, and I still cannot believe it. Don enjoyed sharing and trading "words of wisdom" with many people on several forums. Don was a very special person and I know he will be missed by many. We had been married for 33 years and I have a wealth of wonderful memories. Don grew up in Southern California and I plan to take his ashes there at a later date.

RE: Whazoo and Dadwolf's Excellent Adventure

It's true Buzz, those were real good pictures. And now that I know you're a climber I suspect you'd make a good fit in those slots. Keep up the good work...
Thanks Patrick, are you really lost? Sounds fabulous to me.
Good morning Ben, I haven't spoken with you in a bit and I hope you didn't get too much rain out of the last storm. I lost track of the route and know it was mostly north-east but imagine you got something out of it. Sorry about the puns Ben, I know they get old, believe me I know. I'm still looking for a shutoff switch. Have a good one in LouisianaDave last storm was no big deal for us. Insted of the shutoff switch try locating the throttle...i think most would agree the puns are part of the enjoyment of a whazoo style post.:B
