RE: Yes I did it tonight! Dropped the fiver!

Install the blueox bedsaver. It will save a lot if repairs

Hot water heater

I have a cougar 26 SAB that I bought from CW. I have a problem with the heater I took it in to CW Lakewood NJ they tell me there was nothing wrong and charged me to look at it even though I bought it les than a year ago. This I a copy of a post I made on the keystone site Russ26SAB Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Pa Posts: 13 Water heater Has anyone had any problems with suburban water heater not lighting some times, then over loading with gas and lighting with Big Bang. So loud that your neighbors come over to check on you. I took it back to dealer (CW) and basically said cant find anything you must not be purging the gas line. Like I'm stupid!! I told them it happens even after I've been out for a week or a month. Can't find anything so come get it is what they have said. I know it happen randomly but I guess I have to what for a fire or for it to stop working. Any help out there ? I have clean the tube and blown it out with air compressor. But still happens Help __________________ Russ 2012 cougar XLite 26SAB 16K Sidewinder 2011 Ford F150 Larait Super Crew 5.5 bed (ECO Boost I have been told that there is nothing they could do it didn't happen to them. RE: Hot Water Heater Problems - Weird or What?

I have the same exact problem with mine. Took it in to CW ,and after 3 weeks they said I should purge the gas when starting it. I told them it happens even when I'm out using it for weeks. The answer from them is well its working now. If anyone hears of me burning up in the thing contact my next of kin and tell them of this post. So fed up with Camping world will never buy from them again.

RE: Do you use a slider hitch with your short bed??

In reading the 7 pages of responses, only saw one referencing the Reese Sidewinder. Make this the second! The PullRight SuperGlide initially caught my attention, the engineering of the device looked solid. In the end, I didn't want to take the 200+ lb penalty. I went with a Reese R16k hitch and the Reese Sidewinder. Simple solution without some of the limitations (capture plate, etc) that the SuperGlide imposes. Very happy with the Sidewinder. Tom same here love the sidewinder!

RE: Good Sam road side asst

Yes I know. Thanks I only want to pay for one roadside asst I spend more time around my home in pa and think the odds are I will use it near home not on the road. Help

I called GS roadside asst. today to ask where if my truck not 5 er needed to be towed from my house where their service center would be.. Because my AAA will tow it to my shop ( about 10 miles away) they said all they can tell me is if it's further I would have to pay. They can't tell me anything about a shop because I have to have the service first. I would like to research this before spending money. Anyone know who I can call ?
