RE: hot water tank

Try www.atwoodmobile.com There is a pdf download on trouble shooting water heaters. Also a test you can do on the circuit board with a multimeter. Good Luck!!

RE: Faulty fuel gage??

Thanks bigB42 and sundance, who could imagine how many grounds were on a chassis. I found four (4) connected to the chassis frame in the front generator compartment. ALL were corroded and rusted. One was so bad I just cut the wire and retapped the frame. BUT I must have another faulty ground or something for when I cut wire the flashers came on with the switch off!!! Fuel gage still not working, I'll check some more, when (IF)it cools down some, over 100 degrees here last few days. BE BLESSED!!!

Faulty fuel gage??

'95 Southwind with 230hp Cummins. Had 3/4 tank fuel when I parked. Couple week later, when I started up, gage shows 1/4 tank, after running couple minutes, gage goes to empty. Filled tank (took approx 20 gal)to neck and gage goes to 1/4. Looks like to wires go to the top of the tank. Question: Is it a bad gage on the dash, in the tank or something else entirely?? Its a 90+/- gallon tank and to get to the "float" the tank would probably have to be dropped. Thanks Any help or info would be appreicated.
