Are you sure? Every movie I've ever seen with an explosion started with a lit cigarette and a puddle of gas.

I guess I'm the only one that sees it differently. Maybe they have been talking themselves out of getting one too. Maybe they just need some coaxing to get into the fun we are all enjoying without them.
Also, I love to tell people at the pump how horrible my mileage is. It's started some interesting conversations. I drive my car (Jetta TDI, 38mpg) for gas mileage. My RV for fun.

...To top it off 2 of the tires were so far out of balance they had worn flat spots in several places...
Couldn't the flat spots have been the cause of some of the imbalance?

Correct. But you don't need the CDL. Just a class B.
Ok, so how does one go about getting a non-commercial Class B license in Pennsylvania? I can't find anything about that.

Then go to you licensing center and (this is where the fun starts) explain to them you need the class B non CDL license.
