RE: 2012 Jeep sport Tail lite wiring?

Hello, I purchased the Cool Tech wire harness for my 2012 wrangler. It worked great and seemed at first to be a nice non intrusive way to integrate the motor home lighting to the Jeeps. Unfortunately the harness does not include a means to isolate the running/turn/and stop light signals from the two vehicles. In my case I installed an SMI braking system which required stop light signal (along with deceleration) from the MH to activate the brakes. Without any isolation between the Jeep and the MH,once the brakes were applied the signal from the Jeep latched them on. Looked into installing some Diodes, but determined that installing a separate light and socket in the Jeep's taillight was the easiest. Also if you do go with the Cool Tech system it is really easy to run the cable down through the frame of the Jeep, makes for a clean installation. Good Luck
