Down size from a MH to a TT for full timing.

I know this will bring out the "Popcorn" but we are thinking about down sizing. Early stages of shopping. Getting to the stages of staying longer at one location. Not traveling that far at one time. Wanting to stay with a gas TV. Residential fridge. Recliners across from tv. Maybe in the 30' range. Top quality only.

RE: Best Practice to tie up dog?

RE: Is Having GPS In The Radio Worth The Time and Money?

We have two. One in the dash, the other a portable far in. Never use either. DW. uses I-Phone and RV road map atlas. She hasn't failed me yet. I get tired of "Recalulating " over and over again.

RE: New Toad - 2014 CRV

We have a 2011 now and had a 07. Both tow great. No issues. Some will say a drawback is " don't tow over" 65 MPH, and stop and run engine and go thru the gear sequence every 6 hours or less. I keep tack of the towed miles and change trans. Oil accordingly. Been coast to coast and border to border.

Just got the Webber Q2400 electric. Very happy with it. Plenty of room, and easy to control the temp.

RE: 30 ft- one roof air sufficient?

NO,NO,and NO! One AC will not work! Especially south of I-80! Maybe I-90! Especially this summer.it has been hot clear into MT. I would not accept any thing less than 50 amp and two, airs. We have three 13.5's and here in N. TX. They are borderline. 40' Winnebago 40U . IMHO.

RE: RGV RV Parks

Have spent the last five winters on South Padre Island.at the KOA. Jan, Feb, and March. You get wha you pay for. Some winters are better than outhers. Park is clean and well run. Can be noises the week of spring break. Other than that , traffic is at a minimum. Walk into restaurants and bars with out a wail. Have a variety top end and down. Something for every one. Rates vary on how long you stay. Need to check it out.

RE: Quietest A/C

There are three different exhaust fan blades. A,B, and D. D being the latest. Still there is some vibration. Had to ck the mounting bracke bolts. Some were not as tight as others. Tried not to over tighten, just snug them up. Am still not completely happy. Have made several trips to the roof.

RE: Quietest A/C

Have three 13.5's on 13 journey Winnebago MH. COLEMANS.. Would not be my first choice. Replaced the exhaust blades three time and still quite noisy. Not sure about the rest ! I would do some research.
