RE: 4:10 or 3:73 ?

You may sacrifice some mileage with the 4:10 as a daily driver but when on the road will be highly beneficial. There can be steep hills or mountains where ever you may go.wouldnt want to limit your self just to,flat lands. Not sure where that would be.

RE: Locked myself out... again....

RE: 1st Timer Here, Towing Question

Salesmen will say any thing to make the sale. Pulling is one thing, stopping is another! Also, are you going to the local campground 50 miles away or across the country.

RE: 6.0 Chev to 6.4 ram

Oh, and to add to the confusion. Is there any way to safely enhance the performance of the Chev 6.0 without voiding the warranty? Ahh more popcorn. Thanks DH here.

6.0 Chev to 6.4 ram

Any benefits of going to the ram 6.4 over the Chev 6.0? Other than just the .4 tenths liter. Torque and hp. Differences, performance, reliability Both 2 wheel drive, both 4.10 rearend. I know get out the popcorn. Educated opinions please.

RE: Towing 5th Wh with a 5.7 Hemi

Ok, going to throw this out there. 6.4 for a 10,000 34' TT. Currantly have a Chev 6.0 struggling. We travel in the 60 ish range. 2WD. Wanting to stay away from diesels. Maintence and Upkeep. Also is our daily driver. Full timing. No S&B.

RE: Best cell service providers, (areas covered)

To us, it all depends on what part of the country you are in. Texas AT&T is great. In the mid west (IA,MN) it is version.

We try to adhere to the 3-3-3-rule. Less than 300 miles in a day Set up by 3:00! Stay three days. Doesn't always work but we try. Fulltiming for 6 + years. No sticks and bricks.

RE: Full Time 5th Wheel.

X 2 on old biscuit. Keep what ya got and insulate. The new one will be in the shop more. Trust me I have tried the up grading to stay out Of the shop. DIDNT WORK. IMHO

RE: 4 wheel drive

I also never have saw the need for a 4wd. Unless you are dry camping and boon docking. In 7 years of full timing never saw the need. I don't want to pay the extra for 4wd, pay the upkeep, or pay the extra in fuel. 2wd's are hard to,find, but they are out there. IMHO.

RE: Wash.DC in 25' Class'A'?

There is a park in college park ,MD. Cherry hill. Bus picks you up at the park, and takes you to,the train station, takes you right into DC. Was there two years ago. Perfect.

Digital/Analog Coax

Just switched from a MH. to a Travel Trailer. Using a Wineguard Playmaker. Coax is probably 5-6 years old. 2-25' lengths joined together with a adapter. Picture is not clear. Is there a difference in coaxes? Have went thru the picture settings., not much change. Using one receiver and splitting for three TVS. Know have to watch the same thing on all TVS. Grand design 297rsts.

RE: Gotta love it.

Had a 2011 40' FR. Cardinal. Less than a year old and less than 10,000 miles. Along side the road twice. Junk the marathons, cause IMHO , THEY ARE. having the new Goodyear Endurance installed on my new one.
