RE: LLY or LBZ

I would go with the LBZ I have a 04 LLY and it overheats only when towing my 5th wheel in the mountains. It was a issue that GM couldn't fix. Why take a chance.

RE: IE 9 wont load

Very well could be an IE add on that is causing the issue. Recently, two different people I know had the same issue as yourself. Their villain ended up being AVG 2013's "Safe Search". Anyway, try the following as it is the only way you will be able to get to IE Settings since IE will not open: -Close all currently running Windows applications to include your anti virus program. You do not need to be in Safe Mode. - Click the Windows, Start button or Run command and type "inetcpl.cpl" **Do not use the quotes in the aforementioned** -IE Settings should now pop up - Once at IE Settings, go to Advanced and do a "Reset". Also be sure while you are in IE Settings to go to Programs, Manage Add-ons and be sure all Add-ons are disabled. Remember you need to click on Apply when you do changes. After you do the above, consider restarting your computer and then see if IE now opens. My guess is it will.. Thanks sherlock62, After doing the reset it now works.

IE 9 wont load

My wife has a Acer laptop running Windows 7. She has IE 9 installed as well Googlr Chrome. Google Chrome works just fine but when trying to load IE 9 the error comes up Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem has stopped IE from working and windows is checking for a solution. Once you close the program it trys to load again and it go thru the cycle again. Any thoughts would be helpful.

RE: Changing the way basement door swings.

I did that to mine. I ground the rivets off on the top hinge then removed the hinge and used it on the side after cutting it to length. It works great. I removed the lock from the lower left hole and made a new hole the same side to the top and put the lock there. Home depot had a plastic plug the size i needed to fill up the unused hole at the left bottom. Sorry I dont have a picture to show. To put the hinge on the left instead of top took new pop rivets.

RE: Just picked up our first TT!

Nice looking rig. Remember the photos posted should be no larger than 600 x 300 pixels per forum rules. The ones that are 1300 x 800 or so are way to big.

RE: Ceiling fan install

Most of all celing light fixtures are of the 12VDC variety. Get a volt meter and see if it is A/C or D/C. If it is D/C then you would have to remove the D/C source and run the A/C wiring.

RE: ND Man charged with manslaughter in deaths of 2 boys in tent

This is such a tragic story. My heart and prayers goes out to the family. I can see how this would happen. We were camping at Wilson Lake Kansas a COE park this past week. The day before we were there a drunk driver knocked down a Stop sign mounted on a 4x4 post and then was completely off the road way this time hitting a large sign for sections C & D that was mounted on two 4x4 posts. The signs were laying flat on the ground. I don't think the driver was ever found. There had to be some serious damage done to the striking vehicle.

RE: pickup bed cover

I have a Retrax. I think it is the best. I can lock it in any position fully closed to partway open while towing.
