RE: Fresh Water Fill and OverFlow
I don't know why they removed but rest assured they have done that.I would not buy one that way but holks some time do not notice until later.
RE: Care and feeding of a generator?
I would suggest a stand alone battery charger.Much more efficient and mine comes with a select 2,4,6 amp charge reate and auto shut off when charged.
RE: Good or Bad Price on EDPM Roof??
I just had my roof replaced on my 37ft trailer-hail damage so edging had to be replaced also-price?$11,500!sure looks nice!By the way,all roofing wood was replaced also
RE: Caster wheels under the rear of the trailer.
I had rubber/steel wheels on my '98 Hitchhiker-it was low to the ground and dragged the driveway. What happened is what was stated above, the tires would be airborne and the drag wheels would head down hill.Trailer hit my fence.Took them off replaced with smaller wheels and drove out of the drive faster.New RV sets much higher so do not need them.EEK!
RE: Winterizing Keystone Alpine
I use a funnel and pour the antifreeze into it with the funnel pushed into the hose(holding it higher up than the intake).Works for me.
RE: recommend a good campfire chair
Check out the chairs at Gander Mountain-Available online-I just bought chairs that look like director chair.50 dollars-300 lb capacity, steel frame.Comes with a side table for food/drinks.Fold up.I really like them as they are easy to get out of.
RE: Montana Owners
Mine works just fine-use a 10 foot Rino hose that fits great. Most camp grounds have a sewer dump close enough for the hose to reach,if needed I add a 20 add on.Works ok for me.
RE: Battery power left?
It works best if you charge the battery with an independent battery charger.Charging thru the converter is not very efficent.Walmart/ETC sells a good one for 30/40 dollars and shows when fully charged.
RE: Sewer Boom Removal and mounting of PVC
I have a "boom" on my Montana-I use a 10 Rino hose that stores just right in the boom. The Rino hose has a cap on the end.I do not have a problem of leakage, valves close as intended. You have a valve problem that removing the boom will not fix.
RE: Where to go in Colorado?
Colorado Springs did not burn-all the attractions are open and hoping for business. Most of the damage was west/northwest of CS.I would hope you would change your mind and give the area a look.
