Kindle fire
My kindle connects just great at campgrounds. At home I get a x near the icon,it says I'm connected but that darn x shows up and I can't do anything. Any ideas? Thanks

TV everywhere
Has anyone tried the new Direct TV everywhere thing they are offering for free.
If I understand it, we could be traveling and not receiving a sat. signal from the dish on our RV. If there is a wifi connection available, we could watch our home Sat. on the computer.
If I was a real expert I could hook up the computer to the TV and watch our reg. programming.
Need input before I order the little box you need to hook up to your home wifi. system.
Thoughts, ideas appreciated.

Thanks for all the advise. The problem is when the car is unhooked.
Seems to happen entering and exiting driveways that are steep. It is bunged to tow bar. Drags on asphalt. Just looking for a way to prevent the drag.

Towed electric cord
Any tricks to protect the cord, 6 wire from motorhome to tow vechile.
This is the 3rd one that has dragged on the ground and had to be replaced.
