RE: Next problem, step not retracting.....

OK Finally looked at it today. The magnet and switches appear to be working. I can here the box by the step motor click when the door opens and shuts. A test light shows that there is voltage going to the motor when the door opens and closes so does this mean the motor is bad? If so how do I go about getting a new one? Thanks

RE: Next problem, step not retracting.....

"where is the magnet located" On our previous and current coach, the magnet was attached to the door. When the door was closed, the magnet lined up with a switch built into the door sill and caused the door to close. Why don't you look closely and see if you see a couple of holes near the bottom of the door? It might be a two dollar fix. I will. Thanks... I havent had a chance yet to look at it closer....working a lot...

RE: fuel tank sender on a Monaco

Centroid is just down the street from me here in Edgewater. The last I talked with them about helping out a friend with a calibration problem, they would not sell out the door but do have an online order form. Let me know if I can help out in any way. Here is a link to that order form and some info on Monaco installations and calibrations. http://www.centroidproducts.com/tableofc.htm Thanks for the help, for 72$ they send me the exact one and in 10 mins it was working perfect..... Thanks again

RE: Motorhome home won't start! Help

Remote start won't crank it either. The only way to crank it is jumping across the solenoid.

Motorhome home won't start! Help

99 Monaco , 330 cummins. Went out to use it yesterday and it wouldn't crank. Turn the key on and everything cones on with the key except for the battery gauge, it shows dead even though the batteries are fine. Also the electronic shifter pad doesn't light up, which is what I suspect is the main problem. Any idea where to start looking at the transmission problem? ..... Relay or fuse possibly
