RE: Purchase 2004 american Tradition

Check the boots on the ball joints they have a problem with them failing and it is about $2000 to replace.

RE: Spartan Ball joints

It is not just the original ball joints that don't stand up. I had mine replaced on my 2000 American Tradition 4 years ago and the boots have all crumbled and fell apart already. Now I have to decide what I am going to do with them. The last time I had them replaced Tuthill supplied the parts and I had them done at Holt Catapiller shop in Fort Worth TX and the labor that I had to pay was $1900.00. This really makes me happy great product.

RE: How Does an A Class Handle in crosswinds

I have installed Air Tabs on our 2000 American Tradition and the 2011 Jeep Liberty. I think they make a big difference with cross winds also when meeting or passing 18 wheelers , they also keep my backup camera and toad cleaner on wet roads.
