Peameal Bacon-I have been making this for years using this recipe I make the Peameal Bacon. Pork loin 1/2 teaspoon of Morton Tender Quick per pound of pork 1/2 teaspoon of sugar per pound of pork Mix together and rub into pork loin Place loin in a plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate and allow to cure for 3-5 days Remove from cure and allow to soak in cool water for 30 minutes Pat Dry Then roll in corn meal.( I put corn meal on wax paper and roll. Depending on how big the pork loin is will determine how much corn meal.) Then slice and fry.

What I did for my two daughters was get them a credit card that also gave cash back. Not only did they build up good credit they got paid for it. They charged everything and only kept a small amount of cash on them. That was when they were 16. They both are out of college, bought their own houses and getting married this year. The other day my youngest daughter said Thank you to me. She said I taught her how important good credit was and that she has what she has because of it.

1 package cream cheese 1 jar carmel topping 1 bag flat pretzels Put cream cheese on plate. Heat carmel in microwave and pour over cream cheese. Serve with the pretzels.

RE: Moles in the lawn!

Use a good grub killer on your lawn. Take away their food source and they'll move on. Getting rid of the grubs will also help stop skunks and wild turkeys from digging up your lawn if that's also a problem.Kill the grubs no more moles. We did use a grub killer! Perhaps we needed to do more grub control though. A neighbor suggested we use Juicy Fruit gum. Anyone ever hear of that? That's what I was always told but it has to be Juicy Fruit

We put the cover on just to brown. We also reduce the propane to make it cook slower. Also we use meat thermometer

My mother that was from Canada always blanched her fries first. Best fries in the world but also cooked in crisco lard.

I don't know why it cost that much for renewal when a couple of years back it was only 130.00 to get them in the first place. We got the passports not the cards.
