RE: GY G670 Load Range "F" Discontinued

UPDATE I just received an email from GY.
The GY G670 RV 245/70R-19.5 is now only available in the following:
Load Range G 4410 lbs (Duel) @ 110 PSI
4540 lbs (Single)
Load Range H 4675 lbs (Duel) @ 120 PSI
4940 lbs (Single)
That does not exclude some dealers may still have the LR "F"
tires in their stock.
Load Range F 3970 Lbs (Duel) @ 95 PSI
4080 Lbs (Single)

GY G670 Load Range "F" Discontinued

I just made the decision to replace my G670's 245/70R-19.5 LR "F" tires. I contected my local GY dealer who informed me the loadrange "F" tires have been discontinued, and I need to get the LR "G" Tire. I also contacted GY direct who confirmed this, and assured me the LR "G" will work fine on my RV.
What do the experts here think???

RE: Undercarriage condition on new mh

We purchased our MH just as it rolled in from the factory. The undercarriage was completely covered with road salt from the 230 mile trip. I immediately powerwashed it, and applied undercoating. I still touch-up the undercoating once a year and it still looks great.
I can't imagine what it would look like if it had sat on the lot for a few months.

RE: Goodyear G670 vs Goodyear 149RSA

Chip, I am glad you were able to pull to safety. We purchased our Bounder in Feb/05. It is equipped with 245/70 19.5 GY G670's, with a manufactured date of 2004. We have had none of the issues as described in the previous post, however we did have a problem last winter where we experienced two blowouts while enroute to Florida. Both we're the result of a dry rotted condition (according to the tire techs). I mounted the spare, and purchased one from CW with a manufactured date of 2010. I am planning to replacing all 6 tires with the same G670's.
