RE: Move water heater switch

In our new RV the electric water heater switch is on the water heater..has anyone moved this switch inside? Seems to be quite inconvenient to have this switch outside on the heater itself.. I am thinking it shouldn't be too difficult to move!!!! this is a electric only HWT I will assume.? seems very odd to me there is no inside switch? maybe its on a dedicated breaker if so switch it on/off that way No,it runs off propane also..I used the breaker to kill it last trip. But being older it is a long way to the floor and back to diddle the breaker!!! sorry I lost you ?it is a long way to the floor and back to diddle the breaker!! what are you saying?(what do u mean) I am not as young as I once was and it is more difficult to be getting on the floor and back up to operate switches!especially since the breaker box is in a not too easily accessible place.

RE: Side Cameras

I would think more before disabling the side cameras. I use my mirrors to watch the toad during turns. The side cameras make it much safer and easier to see vehicles coming up on either side of you. the guy asked about how to disable them not what our opinion of such was?? geez you guys go off topic so easy I've been watching your posts and you rarely have little to offer to the conversation other than criticism and snide remarks. You've been on here for less than 3 months and all you seem to manage to do is irritate people. If you don't like the forum - or people in general for that matter - go away. This is not the place for you to compensate for a lack of whatever you are missing in your personal life to come here and troll people to feel better about yourself. X3 X2

RE: Steering wheel not straight

I did discuss this with the dealer( 350 miles away) and they pretended it was fixed..looked good on the lot ..noticed it on the way home..Called Ford dealer and they said they can't do it ,don't have the equipment.I will be contacting FR as soon as I get the paperwork.. It is not a huge deal ,I had a moho like this in the past and put on a lot of miles..but it just doesn't look right..

Steering wheel not straight

On my new Ford motorhome the steering wheel is not straight when going straight down the road..The front end seems to be in alignment, no pulling or off tracking. Wondering if I could pull the steering wheel and just move it a little.

Georgetown 329S

We just purchased a 2017 Georgetown 329S..So far we are very pleased only some minor things..Like, the rear camera was mounted upside down, made things on the right appear on the left..Very disconcerting!!We tried a coachmen Concord for a while but it was just too small.I am looking in to options to take the sway out of it.. It came with Bilsteins so that is a plus. Also the water heater electric switch is out on the heater. I plan to remedy that by installing a switch inside..Any and all help and suggestions are appreciated..

RE: WFCO

Thanks everyone ,except Gordon three. My son has WF-8955AN-11 on his toy hauler..This unit has the 110 and 12v and converter in one ball.Converter appears to be part of it all.Would have to look harder to disconnect the converter from the rest of it..Looks like first remove the cook top and oven and then go from there..Shouldn't be too difficult..All I have seen of it so far is pictures..looks like a mess in there. I think what you want is this PD4600 Replacement for WFCO 8900. Call Best Converters and discuss your existing unit to make sure.
