RE: Anyone repaired a cracked AC shroud?

I used 3m 5200 to repair the spot I cracked on mine when I accidentally put my hand down. Works fine. Nobody sees it anyway.

Bakersfield to Sacramento, I5 or 99?

We are heading out of Bakersfield tommorrow morning and wondering which would be the better route, 58 to 5 and up or 99 to 120 and over to 5? Does anyone have any recent experience with these routes, construction is probably the main issue.

RE: HDMI to Rear TV

Wireless technology is just arriving in all kinds of formats. Single and multi input and output will be available. I would be patient and the days of running wires are soon to be over for all data. The same goes for stereo. Soon all speakers will be wirelessmsomsurround sound installations will be effortless.

RE: Snakes in the desert?

We are avid mountain bikers and spend the winters biking with the dogs in the desert. Snakes are not an issue till end of march when it starts to warm up and even then they are very docile at that time of year. We usually stop taking the dogs at that time. Dec,jan, feb, we do not even worry!!

RE: Patching Fiberglass Roof After Item Removal

I used a piece of 1/4 inch lexan and used 3m 5200 sealant around the edges. Did not want to use anything metal as it would cause rust streaks down the road and fiberglass is resin and matting is way too much work.
