Good Sam CSP concern

Just purchased Good Sam CSP coverage. After reading the policy I have one major concern. They require you to maintain your coach for "severe service or extreme conditions." As near as I can tell my Freightliner maintenance schedule doesn't provide for extreme service, just general use. The Cummins engine does have such a service schedule. This will be difficult to follow and cost more money in the long run. My concern is will CSP refuse a defective TV or washing machine claim because I neglected to change a required engine fuel filter, that has absolutely nothing to do with the claim? I'm interested in hearing any experiences, good or bad regarding proof of maintenance.
