I have always just used a block of wood to drive the good tire up on...easy and safe. Some will say the extra weight on the good tire is bad, maybe - maybe not. It always works for me.

I sold mine on Cragslist. Wanted to sell just the 5er but the buyer wanted truck also. In listing be sure to post several good pictures and price it/them right. My price was firm and so listed. Have found that posting Thursday of Friday will keep it near the top for viewing. Sold mine in 3 weeks ( think I posted it twice ). Good luck.

My first thought was a burned out electric element, but if you were reading zero voltage at the element terminals it would indicate the problem is electrical up stream.

My suspicion is that the element has gone bad. I can run it on propane and will get by OK. I just like to have things working as they should. Once I get to a dealer I will have them change the element.

And the sunny side always read a slight higher degree. Otherwise I always looked for a different in temperatures as mentioned above.

Maybe out the electrical outlet.. That was where mine came from once.
Water from above traveled down the wiring and out on the table.

We sold ours on Craigslist within 2 weeks. Do a lot of pictures and description with price listed to eliminate the "lookers".

I had a similar leak and tried and tried to locate it with no luck..I finally paid a dealer to pressure test the whole coach. The test was $100.00 and that included the test and sealing the leaks. Best money ever spent IMO.

A loose connection results in heat.
But a loose wire would not generate any heat unless the unit was being activated and the op says they never used it....so something else needs to be considered. IMO
