After market exhaust

We have a 2004 GMC 2500 HD Duromax . I'm thinking about going to a 4" cat back exhaust . Has anyone done this for better fuel mileage ? Any idea's on a brand of exhaust ? THANKS

Oder in crockpot

We have a G.E. crockpot, after preparing a meal with sauerkraut it has the smell of the kraut. Any idea's on getting rid of our problem ? Yes we washed out many times, the pot is teflon coated aluminum.

RE: Extra or Auxiliary Fuel Tank

I have a 50 gal transfer tank in our truck, worth every penny. Unless you like stopping a lot. It keeps me from trading trucks. I'm spoiled having 76 gal. of diesel fuel when full. Down side take a fat wallet when you fill up.

RE: Is there a life span of the pink antifreeze?

Why not drain a sample out, put it in your freezer and see if it freezes?

Holding tank valves

I read in previous posts people add gallons of antifreeze to their holding tanks, to keep the valves from drying out. Is this necessary? I have never done that over the many years we have owned campers, have I been lucky by not having any problems? I just open the valves and drain excess water out then close the valves. Got any opinions on what is the right way to winterise holding tanks? THANKS

We bought black towels and draped over existing rods, can be removed during the day. A cheap fix for us.
