RE: Thetford Aqua Magic Style II toilet will not hold water

I have used CLR to remove the calcium and then put plumbers grease on the seal. This worked for me.

RE: Norcold 1200 leaking

The drain line looks like it is crimped but it has a small hole in the center of the end. Clean the hole with a small piece of wire or blow through the line. Good luck.

RE: Norcold N812 defrost question

On my norcold it does drip into the cup. The end is crimped but there is a small hole in the center of the crimp and it is most likely stopped up. Take a small wire and stick through the hole.

RE: Amish cooling unit.....job complete

I spent about 3 days doing the install but I spent a lot of time double checking and making sure I was doing everything right. My DW helped me with fitting the cu in place and my DB helped slide it back in place. The cooling fans were mounted different and the fire box was a little different, but a call to David Force at rv cooling unit warehouse got me back on track. If does come with some difficulty, but it is mostly physical. The technical part was being sure that you mark ALL wires and seal the unit in place. I am far from a mechanic and 69 years old and I made it fine.

Amish cooling unit.....job complete

I finished my installation on my Norcold 1200 and it is cooling very well. It has been running for 5 hours and the temp is 25 deg. in the freezer and coming on down. The outside temp 93. Thanks to all who posted on here, because without your help I could not have done this. WAR EAGLE

RE: Slide Seal Replacement

My dw and I replaced ours on our HR. It is not to difficult,if you take your time and get a system worked out it goes pretty easy.

RE: Amish Cooling Unit Replacement

My Amish unit will be delivered in the next couple of days. After reading for hours and watching several you tube videos I have talked myself into doing the install myself. It looks pretty simple but I am still nervous.
