you might need to get either clip on cipa mirrors or mckesh strap on mirrors. I had a similar issue with my old armada, used ones like the clip on mirrors below without any issues.

congrats on the new TT. may it bring you many happy trips. as for the meds, do you have a cvs, Walgreens, Walmart or target? These are some nationwide stores down here that you can pickup refills at. Not sure how that works coming from another country though. The other thought is to see a doctor once in the states and get a new order for your meds. Doctors wont refill without seeing you as a patient first.

Checkout crossroads zinger or crossroads z1. They are within your price range and you can probably even get a slide (ours has a superslide and was purchased new within your budget but that was 2 yrs ago). The big concern I would have with the zinger would be winter Camping in CO. I know ours was great in 30 degree temps just never tried any colder. As others have mentioned, arctic fox is the best for cold weather camping.

Instead of telling you what you can tow, I'm gonna show you how to correctly figure this out. This way a salesman won't sell you something you really can't tow.
You need to know more about your trucks capabilities than just my truck can tow x lbs. (I learned this the hard way). Most TV are limited by their payload. To find out your TVs true towing capacities then you need to go weigh it. Load the tv up with all occupants, pets, and cargo that will be in it when towing plus a full tank of fuel and then go weigh it at a local scale (www.catscale.com ). Weigh each axle on a separate scale pad so it will give you a breakdown of front and rear axle weights individually and a total weight. Take the total weight and subtract it from your Trucks gvwr to get your available payload. Take the scaled Truck weight and subtract it from your Truck gcwr to get your adjusted towng capacity.
Next understand you will never tow an unloaded or dry trailer. Those numbers are somewhat irrelevant. You can either add the amount of weight of cargo you will tow to the dry weight (this is heavier than you think as most add 1000-2000 lb of gear) or simply use the tt gvwr to do your calculations. Being that this is your first tt, using the tt gvwr is the safer route for you. Next understand that the tt loaded tongue weight needs to be subtracted from your available payload. The loaded tongue weight is typically 13-15% of the loaded tt weight. For your purposes go wiith 13-15% of the tt gvwr. Remember you will need a good wdh, preferrably one with integrated sway control like the equal-i-zer or reese dual cam.
Once you have done all that then it is time to look at floorplans. Think about your usage, you will want larger sized fresh, grey and black tanks for boondocking.
(You might also want to think about a generator or solar battery charhing system for boondocking). In the tt think about where people will sleep, whee you will put things (ie moms clothes in thus closet, dishes in that cabinet, kids toys in that drawer etc), act out daily usage in the tt with doors closed (ie kids playing with toy trucks, mom cooking, dad walking to bathroom, and don't forget to account for tripping over dogs). I know what you mean, I have slept in stalls at many a horse show in a dilapidated old barn (ie md state fairgrounds, fair hill md and the list goes on). I would love to go and watch the Rolex sometime.

Kentucky Derby
So excited to see Orb win. when I was younger I was an assistant broodmare manager at the farm where Orb's sire (daddy), Malibu Moon once stood at stud. He has since been relocated to KY but our old family friends that own that breeding farm in MD still retain partial ownership of Orb's daddy. As much as I love watching horse racing, it is even more thrilling when you have even a distant connection to a horse running in the Derby!

videotape your pdi. have them demonstrate and you return the demo on everything. If it opens, closes, moves, turns on or off then are sure they operate it in front of you and it functions properly. Run slides in and out. Have them open up the water heater compartment and show you where the water heater and water pump are. Have them show you how to winterized and dewinterize the trailer. have them locate your low point drains as well. Check all caulking, climb on the roof and inspect it for bubbles and cracks. look in and around the trailer for signs of leaks. Do not hand over any money until the pdi has been completed to your satisfaction and any repairs completed to your satisfaction. Be prepared to leave the trailer there for a bit if repairs are necessary.
The things we found within the first year on our zinger were: the dinette drawers needed to be realigned (found on pdi) , the slide rubbed a hole in the carpet (replaced under warranty and no issue since), and a couple other small things I can't remember.

we have tried all the camco products and they did nothing. We tried the blue coral car wash and it did nothing. I have been told to try awesome (available at dollar stores). We will try that on the next TT wash. If that doesn't work, my neighbor just started a car detailing business, we will put him to work and see what he can do.

As others have said that is too much trailer. To better figure out what you can tow, load your TV up with all passengers, pets and gear you intend to have in it and then go weigh it w/ a full tank of fuel. Take the scaled weight and subtract it from the TV GCWR to get your adjusted towing capacity. Take the scaled weight and subtract it from the TV GVWR to get your available payload. You need to stay under both of these weights as well as under your receiver rating with all of your loaded weights. The loaded tongue weight must be subtracted from the available payload.
As you know you will never tow a dry trailer. Not knowing how much you will load in it you are safest doing all calculations using the TT GVWR. Tongue weight should be 13-15% of the loaded trailer weight (again you can figure Max tongue weight to be 15% of the TT gvwr). This should help you figure out where you should be looking on trailer weights.

you might wanto unplug the pigtail overnight and just plug that in before you go. that woud eliminate a potential drain on your TV battery.
