Somethings can't be left alone. Software being one. I suspect the old application was out dated and not going to be supported anymore.
We'll all learn to like it. No choice.

Sorry you had problems with your coach. Hope they fix you up so you can enjoy your RV. We have had very few minor problems and really like our Redwood. The dealer could have helped with some of these problems prior to delivery. Most Redwood owners have had good luck with their coaches and are happy with them. The RV industry as a whole has a lot of room for quality improvement.
