RE: Winnebago Brave-Where's the radio??
I have a battery tender hooked to the chassis battery so when I'm on shore power it is constantly charging the chassis battery. So I can run the dash radio and never use up the battery. I also have the DVD player sound going through the dash radio.
RE: Older motorhomes
1990 ford chassis Malibu 36':
I am very leary of every noise, bump, shake and wiggle as I go down the road. I've had breakdowns but always seem to get to where I'm going. Thank God for roadside assistance.
RE: Direct tv dish
can't use directv dish with dish receiver. but for a stand I just bolted the dish to a piece of 2 x 12, then use some plastic wheel chocks for leveling.
RE: need new house batteries
I do very little dry camping and do not have an inverter. maybe two 12 volts would be the cheapest route? I'll check on that interstate factory store.
need new house batteries
I need to replace my 3 12 volt house batteries. If I go with 6v do I have to replace with 6 batteries or can I get by with 4? Or could I get by with 2 12v's. I don't read too many on here that have 3 12v's.
Just trying to get the most for the least amount of money (and confusion).
