RE: Vehicle limit question, Florida State Parks

You will be fine, the trailer is not considered a viechle. So you fit there guide lines, tow viechle is one and the car is the second. Have a great time at a great FL State Park in the keys.

RE: Voyageurs Nat'l Pk. MN. Need a Cg Recomendation

Sent a lot of summers in Bemidji MN, Voyagers is a very nice area. I don't think there is any RV sites in Voyagers National Park. The closest town is International Falls about 12 to 15 miles. From RV park reviews there is only one campground in town, someone from up that way may know of something else close by.

RE: Thousand Trails-Orlando Info Request

Have been there a few times, however I can't locate the site map I have. With the grandkids you will want to be near the club house. There are some nice sites with 50amp just to the east of the club house. Then another section which we really like at the far edge of the park on northwest side of the club house, backing up to the woods next to the pound. I tried to give you and idea while looking at google map of the park.
Your correct it's first come first serve sites, you check in and they have a map board of the park and sites. You can pick from one of the available sites. Enjoy your trip and stay, any questions about the park send me a PM.

RE: Florida's Toll-by-Plate toll collection system

Go into any Publix or stop at any travel plaza on the turnpike and buy a sunpass. You can charge a dollar amount to the unit with a credit card.

RE: Florida winter walk in

Encore has a park in Vero Beach, just off I95. Friends have stayed there and liked it. Call the park direct and ask your questions, most encore parks you can get an annually rate.

RE: Getting ready for Florida need help

If you want FL state parks use the state park site. Click the linkbelow and you will find the fl state park map. Click on the area and up will pop that area and the state parks in that area. Find a park in the area you will be in. Click on that park and find a site, using Reserve America directly will confuse you. Use the FL state parks map.

We enjoy going there, always try for site 50. Plenty of room and close to the bath house. One of the best we think.

RE: quail roost campground near crystal river fl.

I would look at Rock Crusher Canyon in Crystal River or Williston Crossings in Williston FL. Both very nice parks, my first choice would be Rock Crusher. Skip the other ones you won't be happy.

RE: Best Route Florida Keys to Sanford, Fl. area

The best and fastest route no tolls and all good roads. Leave the Keys and take hwy 997 up to I75 South this turns into 595. Stay on 595 to I95. Go north to exit 223 hwy 46. Take hwy 46 east into Stanford. Note 997 stops at hwy 27 and 27 continues to I75, I wouldn't take 27 all the way up it's a bumpy road north of I75. No tolls and 997 you get to see alot of Fl until I75.
Have a safe trip, thankyou for visiting FL
