I was able to give Demco a call this morning. He said like above, i should be able to move the tires if they were jacked up.
He recommends shooting more grease in the zerks for each side or try heat is that doesnt work. Sounds like it is just stuck.
I'll report back later on how this goes.

i sure wish it were that easy. I jacked it up off the ground and it still wont move. even hooking it up and towed it around without a car on it, turning, and the hole never budged. One thing i did notice when i was pulling it behind the truck, in the rear view mirror it was over on the drivers side more than the passenger. I'm not sure i want to hook the car up and pull it around if its not tracking straight?

For some reason, probably of my own doing, the hole for the lock pin will not line up for me...it's about a half in off and i can almost put a flat tip through the hole, almost.
my question, what do i need to do o get this hole lined up?
