I was thinking something along the same line. Maybe epoxy the old one in place and have this as a pig tail, or remove the screwed in socket and replace with a diferent style socket I can get connectors for easily.

I saw the replacement cord at Winegard. Just would like to be able to either replace the connector with another of the same, or change out the connector/socket to a better style, as this in my opinion is a weak point. Was wondering as I a sure I am not the only person that had issues with it.

I am in need to get a replacement power cord for my Carryout GM-1518 satellite unit. Does anyone know if this is a proprietary connector, or something I could order online.

These issues sound like the standard in the RV industry! Not just Crossroads.
Elevation....pure waste of money. Crossroads needs to stick to what they are good at....the Zinger. Their attempt back into the Toy Hauler market is a pure joke. I work on RV's and there is so much wrong with the Elevation....this forum is not big enough to cover all the issues.
Items wired wrong from factory, fuel pumps wired backwards, fuel tank sending units wired wrong, the first 3310's have bottom fill gas tanks which are 30 gallon tanks and you are lucky...even with factory recall kit installed to be able to put 12 gallons in the tank, far to many color schemes in the RV, windows screwed shut, fuel lines placed wrong on generators....the list goes on and on. Save your money.
RE: Removing decals
I would be curious how you would get the new ones directly over top of the old ones so you don't see the shadow. Mainly because I am thinking I would like to do this, but not sure how.
