The way I understand it is ATF is hydraulic oil with red dye in with the different additives added.

We have a Crossroads Cruiser, had to use the manual crank last time out, was no big deal, cranks fairly easy, also, found problem with switch wiring for the electric switch, again, no big deal.

I try to keep the tires from standing in water, my driveway is gravel so I put wood planks down first, if I had concrete I would not put the wood down, just make sure water doesn't stand around the tires.

I have never heard of a GFI on a dc system, most likely a fuse is blown.

How much air are you putting in the air bags, is the back of the truck level or is it standing higher then when empty?

Good questions before buying, have had 5'th wheels since 94 and use the truck for what trucks are made for with no issues.

I have a 4x4 Ford and owned a Cardinal,Laredo,Hornet and a Jayco 5'er and have never had an issue with the height of the tow vehicle,also during that time we had a Dodge 4x4 tow vehicle.

If you have water in the tank and that happens most likely the pressure switch is bad, I would replace the pump for the small cost involved.

I have used the spring perch area at the axle with no problems, you do not want to jack up under the middle of the axle.
