I think a better question is what do you want to put in the garage? We can spend all day listing things that'll fit. As it stands now you already have a few good ideas and a little more clarification about what "offroad" means to you would help.

I agree. Watching river crossings is one of my favorite parts. Let the boat show begin!
And getting stuck is no big deal. It happens to everyone sooner or later. Don't stress about it. Plan for it and it won't be an issue. Have your own tow strap, and be ready to hook it up. Have a shovel or two and an extra 6-pack.
