I was told to cancel my service (by supervisor of rv dept) ??
I own my equipment & have no contract-so was told this is how its done!
I wish some one at Dish could get this cleared up
PIA to deal with customer reps that don't know what a RV is!

PS. why is it you can't log on to my acc when service is off??

I had to disconnect service this am as I have to go home to a Family problem
It took 2 calls to get it stopped
& was told it will cost me $5.00 to restart?? is this something new??
It seems that no one knows about this account plan & how it is suppose to work?
Now when i go to my account and log in -message says to restart service I must phone in?? 800.333.3474 same # i used to put it on "free pause" which I was told I needed to disconnect --wish some where dish would publish the correct wording to stop & start service!
Could they make it harder??

I let my Dish PAYG account lapse when we were not going to need it for a month or so. Based on the info I was given at DishForMyRV.com, I just didn't pay the next bill. A couple of weeks later, I did receive an email asking for the payment or collection actions would commence, but just as Bill said, a call to Dish confirmed that no other action would be taken, and the notice had been sent in error.

Just noticed that I can no longer log on to my Dish account-says password and name don't match !
Is this a common problem after being inactive for a few months?
I am going to restart service end of Jan/14
Do I have to phone in or is there a solution to getting my acc active again on line
