RE: How do we keep 2 yr old from opening screen door?

I installed one of those door security chains. The chain is screwed into the wall and I installed the receiver part vertically on the door so one would have to slide the chain part up to enter. From the outside, I just slide open the slider on the screen door, reach in and disengage the chain. Had my 18 month old fall out of the trailer. Luckly she wasn't hurt. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=door+security+chain&qpvt=door+security+chain&FORM=IGRE#view=detail&id=653C1B1541421436B6C06562391657A47049BBFD&selectedIndex=53

RE: Tango Cabinets

I have a couple of mine doing the same thing. Tried to pound them back in, but no go. For now, I just moved the metal latching thing a little more inboard until I can remove the doors and try to figure out what to do.

RE: child lock for screen door

After my first daughter fell out of the trailer I installed one of those door chain locks as well as a screen door protector. Keeps the kids inside now. All I have to do is reach in through the sliding access door and unhook the chain if I have to get in from outside. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=door+chain+lock&id=CDF00AD9474F21F8708927B384FED33C900F2AA7&FORM=IQFRBA http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=rv+screen+door+guards&id=BAE4087357A39EFDBEE39E80E617D92FE5B459E3&FORM=IQFRBA

RE: 6.0 or 6.4 FORD to CUMMINS or GM / reasons to make the jump.

HAD a 2006 6.0. Purchased the extended warranty when I got the truck. I must say that Ford stands behind their warranty, because I used the heck out of it. Some of the work done under warranty: Broken exhaust Y-pipe Blown out brake proportioning valve Water in Fuel sensor corroded Failure in some high pressure oil gizmo (blew oil out of the engine) Hubs failing to disengage after using 4x4 (3 times) Ball joints (2) Drain tubes from sunroof were installed incorrectly (twisted) which caused them to clog up and water leaked into the interior Oil leaking from the bedplate ..and at 97,000 miles, the oil cooler clogged up enough to cause coolant to puke out of the degas bottle and finally cause head gasket failure. So I was glad I spent the $$$ for the warranty, shame I had to use it. Over $500.00 out of my pocket for the deductable. $50.00 each time it was in the shop. I prefer to have a truck where I don't have to find out how good their warranty is. No bashing, just the facts for my (former) pick-up.
