RE: powergear leveling jacks

Call the parts dept. at Fleetwood, they have helped me in past with parts and are cheaper than most other parts places. I have rebuild all four jacks(electric) with newer and better parts from them.

RE: Banging in water tanks I think!!!!

No water leaks, awning, cords, Electric jacks so no leaks or spings. Any ideas on how to remove Grembilns. Empty or almost full tanks don't seem to make a difference so that, means the valve isn't open, vent cap and pipe clear.. Thanks for your ideas..

RE: Kwikee steps not extentending

Try jumping 12v to motor connection, if it still don't work remove the motor and bench test, with 12 good volts. That will tell you if it is the motor.(you have to remove a clevis pin on linkage) to get to motor. You will need a small set of clips to get to motor connections...

RE: Help we can't get lever jacks to go up or down

JOMO, I have these jacks and have found that a 12v battery charger will raise or lower them by hooking up to each motor on each jack. Hope this will help your brother in law in future. As stated in past these jacks are a PITA. If you need help as I have rebuild mine in past leave me a PM. I will answer went I get on web site..

RE: Changing Cat C7 Air Filter

Have a C7 Cat, in Freighline chassic. Filter on driver side rear in back of batteries. Loosen the clamps on filter, than the two clamps that hold filter. Work the filter loose (cover the batteries) went you reinstall the filter *CA8310 I think put some lube on the hoses that makes it one H---- of alot easier to install on remove later!!!

RE: Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Rest Stop in Delmarva

You can stay 48 hours, if you can't turn around in this lot, don't drive a RV. Rest rooms are clean and bridge cops are in and out all the time, so staying over night is safe. Don't try the stop on the brige/tunnel IT'S tight!!!!!

RE: I95 traveling in NC/SC

If looking for an overnight just off I95 look at Carolina Crossroads clean and easy on and off. Large sites but, no shade. As said Cherryhill is about the best in area. there is a Fairfax County park just off of I66 nice and clean, good sites, pool.
