RE: replacing rv sofa

My first reply disappeared.... We replaced our sofa and 2 recliners with custom order Lazy Boy. We have a cameo 5 wheel, and it all went through the doors. Recliners backs are removable on Lazy Boy. With the pullout couch ,the bed is very comfy. The recliners also are.

RE: When is generally a good time to start?

It's best to be prepared fir snow. Mar , April , May, are months we can get huge amounts of the wet heavy snow. In Alberta. Also, Alberta really can have snow any month of the year. So just be prepared. Summer months it doesn't last long if we get it. Enjoy your travels!

RE: Advice please - Edmonton to Phoenix in January

Hi, we have done the winter rv'ing for several years now. Pulling in -25 is no big deal. Remember, they are delivered to rv dealers 12 months a years from factories. We usually stay in our unit, but that's personal choice. We travel to Great Falls. That's about 10 hours with crossing the border. We usually Stay at Dicks rv. If we are nit pulling, we go to Helena. They have lots of hotels there. Second night we go to Pocatello, and stay at, Cowboys rv park. Then from there, we head to Mesquite, or Vegas. That's a long day. We push hard to get into warmer weather. I would strongly suggest you buy Next Exit, it's a book with all exits on highways, for Info when travelling. Great asset. We stay interstate 15, to vegas. Enjoy and PM me if you have any questions.
