RE: Arctic Circle

We attempted the trip ourselves in a chevy 1500 4x4. The road is packed gravel & mostly traveled by large semi's. We were met with a shower of rocks from passing trucks, breaking the side view mirror & denting the truck. After 10 miles of that we turned around & went back to Fairbanks. If memory serves it was about 100 miles to the arctic circle & about 400 to Barow. I wish you a wonderful trip, Alaska is everything you could hope for and SO much more!

RE: Need your help NOW

thank you friends for your quick replies. we don't think it's the solenoid because other components work fine when we start up. putting it in gear did not work. there is no gear "shift" we have buttons. stabilizers do not automatically retract, there is a panel on the dash for on/off & deployment, there is no power to that panel. All suggestions are appreciated, keep them coming!

Need your help NOW

Good morning fellow rv'ers. We are unable to raise our stabilizers. We know the problem is in the ignition switch,it happened once before. It was resolved last time by turning the ignition on & off till we got power to the stabilizers. It effects other components such as the CB & dash fans. My question is, is there any way to bypass the ignition switch to raise the stabilizers? This is on an '03 Fleetwood revolution diesel. We are supposed to move today so I'd appreciate any input. Thanks

Exterior Adhesive

I have made wheel covers, panels, that cover the wheel openings. I want to use velcro tabs to attach the panels to the MH. I know from experience that the adhesive on the velcro softens & 'melts' when heated by the sun. What kind of adhesive can I use that will not be affected by hot or cold?

watching videos

Hi! I have a HP pavillion with vista. When I try to watch posted videos I get a stop-action play. The video will run for a few seconds & then stop for a few seconds before resuming. What do I need to do to get an uninterrupted play? Please explain in simple terms :) Thanks, Jacqui

Update on Lazy Days?

The last we heard Lazy Days had till Dec.31 to come to an agreement with lenders in order to remain operating & were looking to sell the properties where Flying J & the restuarant are located. Has anyone heard anything new?
