RE: Hydro Flame FA-7825 furnace problem,,

You are on the right path. My front furnace goes thru the same phases. I have accepted a design flaw, lack of air flow. I believe adding another discharge hose would help, however I don't know where I would run the additional hose to.

RE: AL-KO RBW slide assembly

I don't have any solutions, however as you described, there must be a bind in the slide, it's eating the mechanical parts of the system.

RE: camping around Seattle

Several years ago we tried KOA in Kent, however they had low power (105V) and surge protector would not connect, glad it didn't. We have stayed at Lake Pleasant several years, no problems, however expensive. Lake Pleasant Reviews

RE: Wild Bills, Deadwood SD

If it's Bike Week, it will be crowded. Local businesses plan on making the years profit during the Sturgis run. I had to laugh at the campground web site saying they are inspected annually by several organizations, my question would be, inspect what? Looks like primitive sites. All the campgrounds along 385 are fairly rough.

RE: Rv Park in Idaho Falls, Idaho ?

We have stayed at Snake River RV for years going to YNP. While it's not a resort, it's a very nice campground, with many services.

RE: AWFUL RV PARKS

If you are taking the time to read the rvparkreviews then take the time and look at google maps to see what the cg looks like. Then you shouldn't be too surprised.
Ron Ron, that's exactly what I do.

RE: Sometimes you just gotta wonder

Will it do any good plugged in inside? I thought the purpose was to plug it into the post to check power before you let that power into your rig? Maybe I'm misunderstanding. Our protection is between the post and the 50 amp power cord. They system shuts down or won't come on if power isn't correct. It doesn't allow bad power into the rig. Therefore it protects the rig and it's appliances from both low, reversed or high voltage.
You are absolutely correct, monitoring inside the unit gives you "zero" protection.

RE: FIRST TRIP OF 2013.......FLAT TIRE!!!!

It seems every day I see a post on the forums where someone has had a flat or a blowout. What's it going to take for people to realize there is a way to know immediately they have a problem? When comparing the cost of a TPMS against the inconvenience, and cost to repair damages caused by them I have a hard time trying to understand why everyone doesn't use them. Its not rocket science folks.
Yep, will save your bacon, along with other things.

RE: Norcold Frig

You need to see a Norcold Service Center, ASAP. When you executed the override procedures', you overrode all your overheat protection. If the unit is truly overheating, you could have a fire.

RE: Seabreeze class a 2005

We have owned 3 Dolphins, and would buy another if the company was still in business. Like others have mentioned, NRV built a good "House". The gas and DP houses were identical with the interior appointments destingusihing the models.
05 NRV gas products used Onan Generators.
Check out Yahoo NRV forum and irv2 National forum.

RE: Replacing our Motorhome

Rewind, you need to analyze your RVing style. If you drive a lot of miles, go DP, otherwise pick the best floorplan/interior, since thats where you will be spending most of your time.
I can't come close to justfying the extra DP expense, we travel less than 5K miles each year.
